I created a Capture Page/Squeeze Page.

This is what enabled me to Capture your relevant Information, for example your Name, Email Address, etc.etc.

Secondly

That Information is instantly, on pressing the Submit Button, entered into my Auto-responder, whichis a system which manages all your communication with your subscribers ( List).

It accepts their subscriptions, sends out all the emails you have set up at intervals which you specify, and takes care of unsubscribe requests. Once you have it set up, it runs itself. All you need to do is promote your Squeeze page(s)/Capture page(s)
